veedeck for studios

Your whole studio in one place

Shared projects, clients and files for you and your team. Everyone sees and does only what you assign to them.

Teams already work in the trial: invite 2 people and try working together before you buy.

Who it's for

For a studio of two or three people

You run an interior design studio with one or two people helping you. You work on the same projects, but not everyone should see everything.

  • Second designerruns projects together with you
  • Visualiseruploads renders and revisions
  • Drafterprepares drawings and site details
Three pillars

Working together, on your terms

Working together

You work on the same projects, renders, lists and tasks. No copying files or sending links around.

Access control

You decide who sees which clients and which modules, including prices, margins and payments.

Data stays in the studio

Projects belong to the studio, not to the person running them. When someone leaves, their work stays with you.

The studio workspace: one shared account for the whole team

  • Shared dataProjects, clients, renders, lists, moodboards, tasks, calendar and discussions are the same for the whole studio.
  • Shared lookYour team sees the studio logo and colours you set.
  • Who's onlineThe top bar shows who on the team is working now and when they were last active.
  • Several studios, one accountA freelancer with a veedeck account joins your studio and switches between workspaces.
  • Only the owner paysYour team uses your plan. You don't pay separately for each person.
  • Personal notificationsEveryone has their own bell and only gets what they have access to.
Teamwork in practice

Anna runs the studio, Marek is the second designer

One project, two people and a client. This is what one revision looks like in veedeck.

  1. 1
Marek uploads new living room visualsAnna sees version 3 right away in the same project. Earlier versions stay in the history.
  2. 2
The client leaves a “lighter floor” pinThe comment appears live for both Anna and Marek.
  3. 3
Anna adds an internal note about the budgetOnly the team sees the pin with a padlock. The client doesn't get it.
  4. 4
Anna assigns Marek a task“Floor revisions by Friday”. Marek gets a notification and a reminder before the deadline.
Roles and permissions

Everyone gets access to exactly what they need

Every person has a role. Team members also get permission groups that set access to each module and to clients.

Owner

Everything, including the veedeck plan and billing, granting the admin role and client documents.

Admin

Full access to modules and all clients. Invites and removes people, sets groups, assigns clients.

Member

Only what their permission groups give them.

Four levels for each of the 12 modules

None
The module disappears from the menu.
View
Browsing, e.g. renders and rooms.
Edit
Uploading files and commenting.
Manage
E.g. managing rooms and deleting renders.

A person can belong to several groups. Permissions add up and the highest level applies.

Ready-made group templates

  • Visualisers
  • Graphic designers
  • Drafters
  • Marketing
  • Sales
  • Managers

You can change any template or create your own group.

Client scope

Everyone sees their own clients

A group sees all clients or only assigned ones. A person with access to assigned clients:

  • sees only their projects in lists, search, calendar and tasks,
  • gets a “not found” page when opening a link to another project,
  • sees tasks assigned to them and their own tasks without a project.

Client payments are a separate module. You can hide amounts and payments from your team, just like shopping lists with prices and margins.

Frequently asked questions

Before you invite your team

How many people can I add?

Two on the Studio plan, besides you. Need more seats? Get in touch.

What happens to projects when someone leaves?

They stay in your studio. You remove the person, not their work: projects, files and comments stay in the studio workspace.

Will a team member see my prices and margins?

Only if you allow it in their permission group. You can hide shopping lists and client payments or make them view only.
